On January 5th, I got to capture the wedding of Erin and Connor! The ceremony was at Grace Chapel (at Heritage Haus) and the reception was at the Deep Eddy Distillery tasting room. The wedding went so smoothly and all of the vendors that worked this event were spectacular.
Erin is just about the most calm person I can imagine. At no point of the day did she seem even the least bit frazzled or stressed. I’ve been super #blessed that every bride and groom I’ve photographed has been ridiculously amazing and chill, but Erin and Connor were next level even-keeled.
This was my first time shooting at both Heritage Haus and Deep Eddy, and both venues were perfect for the occasion. I didn’t realize how much of a behemoth the Vista West Ranch/Creek Haus/Heritage Haus venues were but hot dang… they are HUGE. Erin got ready in the Dove Cottage at Heritage Haus and it was too darn cute. I regret not getting some shots down from the little loft located inside the cottage. Next time :). And Deep Eddy was just the PERFECT place for a wedding reception. I have a hard time imagining somewhere that screams party more than vodka and vintage pinups. They also have a really sweet outside area that I used to take some nighttime portraits of Erin and Connor at.
All around, an incredibly lovely wedding of a couple of great humans.
