One of my many weddings last month was Jenny and Josh. Jenny and Josh were one of my very first wedding couples booked with me, many many many many moons ago, so their wedding was exceptionally special to me! I really only get a quick glimpse into the lives of my couples, on their wedding day and maybe for their engagement session and a meeting or phone call or two, but even that I think is enough to get a good feel for someone. And Jenny and Josh are such great people! They remind me a lot of me and my husband. Jenny is organized and you can tell is the one who [effortlessly and kindly] keeps things is order. And Josh is super kind and a bit more free spirited. They create a wonderful balance and you can tell they absolutely ADORE their sweet son. I was so lucky to get to work with them.

Again, super lucky with absolutely AMAZING weather for this wedding! They had a beautiful bright and sunny sunset ceremony. I also got a few minutes to shoot portraits right after their first look, along with sunset portraits. It’s always great when we get two chances to shoot portraits! These end up being the photos you hang on your wall, so it’s great when we can get some variety.
